The TECH PAC SPECIAL OPS is a black and HI-VIZ yellow version of the TECH PAC BLACKOUT. The bag features Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP™ system and includes the Tool Panel and Meter Panel. Panels can be swapped out enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions.
